Troy Corley is the President of Solitude Services TLC, Inc., a multi- line claims service company specializing in personal and commercial lines. Troy has successfully guided the company through substantial growth and is well respected for coordinating and resolving some of the most challenging losses. His experience in the industry ranges from executive claims adjuster to appraiser and umpire. His background in civil engineering, information technology, and business management has enabled him to lead the company through industry-wide changes.With over 20 years in the industry, he has applied his military and business skills to navigate multiple aspects of the insurance industry, including fraud investigations and risk management.
William Jefferson heads our risk management team. He is the Finance Director for the City of Carson, overseeing the Accounting, Budgeting, Purchasing, and Revenue Divisions. With expertise in driving organizational success through proactive risk management oversight and alignment with corporate objectives, he specializes in compliance, financial enhancements, and team leadership. He has 18 years of experience in public finance, including roles in budget management, ERP implementation, and financial planning for the City of Monroe, CenturyLink, the City of Oxnard, and the Los Angeles Homeless Services Authority (LAHSA), managing a budget of over $850 million annually. He’s a graduate of the University of Louisiana Monroe and is active in the Government Finance Officers Association.
Voncina Corley is the Administrative Director for Solitude Services and has over 30 years of experience in business management.
She is an accomplished professional skilled in organizational management, with strong organizational and administrative skills, efficiently coordinating multiple projects. She collaborates effectively with business partners and facilitates marketing events, seminars, and onboarding activities. She holds a BS in Business Information Systems and an MBA.
